I am trying to send EFT remittance advice emails from within Adagio Payables 9.3A. Choice is either now or add to queue. Choosing now - doesn't send them. I still need to go into the email menu and choose send all. Email method is Outlook. Please help.

Do you have the latest Service Pack installed? I seem to recall this issue somewhere along the line.

Doug is correct that this issue was fixed but not in a service pack to AP 9.3A. You will need to install the upgrade to AP 9.3B. You may want your consultant to do the upgrade though, since there are often issues with that upgrade due to a new Crystal reports version that does not always install correctly on the first try.
