Support we just uploaded the Status.txt file. The Snapshot crapped out and would not create. So assume the text file will suffice for now. We checked the integrity of the files and all checked out. As did the printing of multiple reports within the system.

If the snapshot didn't run, there's a good reason for it. Often rights.

Sorry but the Status.txt is not enough in this case. I would like the data and an Adagio Snapshot please.

I haven't seen the data come in yet either.

The error we are getting is an error and error code '2' is being encountered. Does this confirm rights?

They have full rights (to our knowledge) since they are able to use the system to enter/post etc with the data. So there must be something else going on.

Will contact their IT on this rights issue.

We didn't send the data purposely since we ran into this issue. FWIW the data is 'clean'. At least according to the data integrity check.
