Could you please tell me if there is a control code, a spec code, or other method to only print rental lines. I know we can have detail line items printed by section - rental and return lines; expendables and "sell-off" lines, etc. I want to be able to turn off (not print) the expendables and "sell-off"s.

As far as I can tell, (person who usually does support on Rentrak is away) there is no way to modify the spec to only include rental lines (there is no spec code specifically for either rental lines or expendables and sell-offs). The spec code for .D lines prints all detail lines no matter what type of "line" it is. I tried this here on sample data.

If the information obtained from the "Rental Report" or the "Print Contract Detail" (both found in the Reports | Print Management Reports) is not enough, you could use Quik Reports to create a custom report, if your need for this type of document is important enough. This way, you can limit what shows up on your report by "line type" excluding all types except "IN" or "OUT".

As further clarification, if you want to use Quik Reports, you would select only rental lines by using the field from Contract Details, where Line Type = "Rental".

The only other possibility and it would only work if you do not use the "Sell-off" feature, would be to use 2 contract numbers - one for rentals and the other for all other line types, though it might be too clumsy. Unfortunately, there is no simply way to do it.
