Is there a way to generate a remittance advice when doing a manual payment as opposed to a cheque run?

Are you looking to generate the advice to an email for an EFT payment?

Yes

If you have the EFT add-on set up, you should be able to turn on additional forms in the bank set up so that when you create the file it will prompt you to "print additional forms". If you need help setting up the form or the EFT provider, your consultant should be able to help you.

Thanks Dan. I have this set up and use it but when you do a "manual" payment say for a single transaction I don't see an option for EFT and therefore there is no advice email either. I'll reach out to my consultant. Thanks again

For anyone else in Janet's situation (can process EFT payments in System Check run but not in Manual Check entry), there is an option in Company Profile to turn on that capability.
