Dear Team

Installing a new server, with workstations setup (Client\Server) configuration.
For some of the computers (4/20) I am receiving this error message only for Bank Rec module :

<<Exception EinOutError in module BankRec.exe at 003B0CC5 File access denied>>

Has anyone had a similar experience, which might point me to a possible solution.

Maybe I need to wipe all 4 computers and do a bare metal re-install of the Operating System.. also why only Bank Rec Module ...

Is this occurring during the install or when you launch BankRec after it has been installed?

The module opens and allows the user to input user name and password then the message comes up.

I have re-installed the workstation setup but it continues.

Any clue to explain this error, welcomed.

Can you post a picture of the error? Does BankRec exit after the error is displayed, or keep running?

If it works on one machine but not another, I am going to guess this is a user rights issue on the new server.
Do any other Adagio Apps open on those computers?

Normally an EInOutError is a program try to update an INI file.

We changed the computer... Same user ok on another computer on the network... Problem seem to be localized my fear is when we can not change the desktop computer....For now I work around it...
