Edited 12 month income statement to include correct accounts.
Added a group limited to printing financials.
Added a user to that group who will only see departments 800 to 809.
In the financial statement maintenance, limited that user to departments 800 to 809 and department mask 8?? and department range 800:809.
When the statement opens it shows the consolidated view for the whole company, not just departments 800 to 809. In the department view, the user can only see the correct departments, dept range and dept mask, but they can switch to the consolidated view and see results for the whole company.
How can I limit their access to information that concerns that one group of departments only?
