Edited 12 month income statement to include correct accounts.
Added a group limited to printing financials.
Added a user to that group who will only see departments 800 to 809.
In the financial statement maintenance, limited that user to departments 800 to 809 and department mask 8?? and department range 800:809.

When the statement opens it shows the consolidated view for the whole company, not just departments 800 to 809. In the department view, the user can only see the correct departments, dept range and dept mask, but they can switch to the consolidated view and see results for the whole company.

How can I limit their access to information that concerns that one group of departments only?

It appears that users with a restriction on departments are not restricted to toggling the Departmental/Consolidated button. Your concern makes sense - I'll forward this to development.

As I mentioned in the e-mail, I'm sure that Michael in our office could provide you with an EXE for Adagio FX that adresses the issue if it is important. We have not planned any service pack release for Adagio FX at the moment (which means you wouldn't see the fix "officially" for at least a month, or two).
