When I enter a cash receipt in AR, I would like to be able to change the bank account receiving the Debit. The account is shown on the form but disabled.

How do I enable that field to allow entry?

"Blank out" the Account Set field. Then the Bank Acct field will become active.

If you are making this change over and over, you could also create a Payment method.

Set the Account/Dept to the Account that you wish to Debit instead of the Bank.
