We did an order in OE for a customer that is normally "house". Just before invoicing (45 days later) we changed the salesperson to the actual person that sold the machine. The system allowed the change but when the invoice printed it kept the HOUSE as salesperson even though the screen shows the new person. The day end sales report put the sale to the NEW salesperson. Everything worked correct except the printed invoice is wrong.

Hi Bruce,

Bet you're using "C9 - Default salesperson" instead of "E25 - invoice salesperson code" on the printed invoice specification.

Hi Bruce,

There are 2 different specification codes that can be used for printing 'salesperson', and perhaps you have the wrong one.

C9 is the 'default salesperson' code that is stored on the customer record. This will print that salesperson code irregardless of what has been changed on the order. If you want the salesperson code on the order/invoice, you should use the E25 code 'invoice salesperson code'. Also, E26 prints the name of the salesperson that is coming from the invoice.
