Good morning.

we are having an issue with ePrint not functioning properly in OE. We are still running OE 9.2A. I have checked the file path and it is correct.
When I select ePrint, it actually prints to my printer.
I have no problem using ePrint in Purchase Orders.

Check to be sure you have both versions of the AdagioPDF printer installed.

Following up on Warren's suggestion: If you look at the list of printers available in Windows you should see "AdagioPDF" and "AdagioV2PDF". The latter is used by more recent versions.

I have seen the same symptoms when the AdagioPDF printer didn't exist properly on a computer. The solution was to uninstall any Adagio PDF components and reinstall, making certain that both PDF drivers are installed. Your Adagio consultant could assist with these steps because the AdagioPDF printer might need to be installed manually.
