In the update of OE I believe the system will default to the base price for an item not on a alternate price list. Can this be done for the miscellaneous charges. Currently we have to list all charges for all price lists to have them show up. I do not think this was happening in the previous version.

In the most recent service pack for Adagio Order Entry (060411), you have an option on whether to have Misc Charges selectable from the 'Main List' (ie blank price list code), or not have any misc charges available. This option is called 'Misc charges from main list', and can be found on the 2nd screen (System Options) of the Company Profile. If you want to select misc charges, you have to enable this new option.

I believe that in previous releases, the misc charges from the main list would be available - the new feature is that you can now prevent selection of misc charges.

Note that this feature only works if there are NO misc charges created for the particular price list code. If any exist, they will always be loaded, irregardless of this profile option.
