Hello,

When printing from AC Payables (9.3a), users will receive the following error:

-=-=-=-=

novaPDF

COM: InitializePrinter - Error reading license information: 4380.

-=-=-=-=

Prints will eventually arrive, although quite slow. How would I resolve this problem?

Does it happen on a certain report or any report will result in this error?

Which Printer Driver are you using to print ?

We have just reset novaPDF Server on Adagio Cloud.

I just had an employee test it, and the restart of the novaPDF print server seems to have resolved the problem.

She said it didn't matter what she was trying to print, the error would randomly occur. And it was quite slow, error or not. Now its back up to speed.

If this happens again, should I send an email to the support address you recommended or post it in the forums? Which of the two has priority?
