I am using TB 8.0. Using TB 6.8, I always consolidated transactions before pulling in to GL.

The first time I tried to do this with version 8.0, I received a message "Can't access GL Batch". I tried various options (ie date/source code etc.) but got the same error messabe every time.

This GL batch contained transactions before I installed 8.0 as well as after I installed 8.0.

Would this be the problem?

Can you print out the G/L batch from Time&Billing? Does it contain any records?

I can print the batch.
I can retrieve the batch into GL.

I can not consolidate the batch before retrieving into GL.

I have posted other batches since my first post and retrieved them but I haven't been able to consolidate a batch yet.

Some of my batches are 9 printed pages long so I've always consolidated them.
