At one of our clients site, while doing integrity check of Superclerk65 sales & support data, through DIC, DIC is reporting "File unit 32" error when Phase2 checking starts. However no errors are getting reported if we do the integrity check through Accpac F3-Integrity check option.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

It seems to us that from what you have told us that your client is running DataCare V6.5A, but what is the release of the DataCare are they using?

Try turning the ?Check Fields? options for Flat and Keyed file to ?No?. This will allow DataCare to mimic the Window System Manager Data Integrity Check. This can found in Housekeeping, Configure for Superclerk.
