I can't seem to access any of the show me how videos. I just get a black screen. I'm able to access other videos on your website. Is there an issue with your site.

From where are you trying to access the videos? Directly from the website, from the YouTube channel or from a provided link?

Try logging into the Client Portal and look at the Tech Tips page. Are you able to load them from there?

Yesterday afternoon we did have a problem on our website for about half an hour.

I was logging in from both the client portal and from your main page (before I logged into the client portal). I don't see the show me how videos on the Technical Tips page . Only PDF docs. I thought this was where they were previously.

I have gone to You Tube to view them, but it's odd as I used to access them off your site.

Ah, I see that the videos from the Resources / Show Me How videos don't load the video and instead show a black screen. I suspect that recent changes to our website have broken these links.

Perhaps you could try directly from the YouTube Channel to access the videos. Sorry for the confusion.
