When I was upgrading adagio inventory as well as order entry, the question came up asking me if I wanted to save a copy of the backup files. I said yes because I didn't want to loose any information and now it is taking longer to run backup at the end of day. My question is can I delete these files or possibly move them to another drive that we don't backup?

The system files that were backed up are contained in a 'backup' sub-directory of the program you did the installation for. So for the Inventory upgrade, these system files will be in \softrak\icwin\backup. These backup files will not affect data backups, but they will affect the size of system backups.

If you are content that the upgrade completed successfully, it is safe to remove the contents of the backup directory.
