Hello Don,

When you are printing reports in ACCPAC to verify that the data is there, please make sure that you are checking the same files that QR is reporting on. For example, you may be looking up Invoices in Customer Inquiry to verify that the data exists. If the Quik Report is based on an Invoice Posting Journal, you will need to print that report to verify that the data exists. If the report is based on Order Entry "Orders and Invoices" (the OEHEAD/OELINE files), you will need to check the inquiry in OE to verify that the Invoices and Credit notes are still on file.

Once you have verified that the source file does contain the information that you wish to report on, you should make sure that there is no record selection formula or range that prevents the information from appearing on the report.

Hello Don,

If you are setting a date range or you have a selection formula that restricts dates, yes, these dates in the future may have affected your report.

Again, I suggest that you review the selection formula and the range set on the report and then make sure that you have information in the source file for the report that matches the conditions you have set.
