We recently upgraded from Adagio IC 8.1B and OE 8.1C to IC and OE 9.2A.

We noticed while invoicing in OE that when alerts pop up, the alert window blinks frantically, and it takes a while to get it to stop by trying to click on it.

It also happens when we ship orders and it automatically moves down to the next line item. When the window for the next line item pops up, it constantly blinks and once again it takes a while to try and "catch it" by clicking the window.

We've also noticed this happening when opening items in IC. When we open the 'Edit Item' window for an item, it will blink for a while before we are able to do anything in it.

It it taking longer than it should for people to get things done because they are either waiting for the flashing to stop or "wrestling" to make it stop.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Acrylon,

I can appreciate this is frustrating for the people using the updated OE and IC programs. I haven't heard of this situation happening before at other sites. The only thing I can offer is whether the same situation occurs in sample data, to test whether the size/condition of the data has any relevance to the scenario, or whether it is something with the program or environment.

This is likely something you will need to go over with your Adagio consultant.
