When I try to print a batch listing in Accounts Payable the program shuts down and I get the following error message: "Adagio Payables has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

My workstation is running Windows 7 Professional and my Payables version is 9.3A (170623).

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what may be causing this.

Is this only when you print a batch listing? Can you print any other reports? Can you print the batch listing in the sample data?

it does the same thing regardless which report I try to print. I tried printing in the sample data and it worked fine.

Is there any error message that displays before the program quits?

The error message says: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Then there are two buttons; Debug and Close. When I click the Debug button it just says, "An unhandled Win32 exception occurred in payables.exe
