When I am entering my cash, if I enter the actual check number then it skips past payment and doesn't let me enter the payment...if i let the system enter a check number then it will allow me to enter the payment.....any idea what is going on.

I think I figured it out...I had already entered that check number with the exact same date and didn't remember doing it and i think that is why it didn't allow me to do it. Now, i am entering the other checks that I hadn't previously entered and it is working fine. Thanks and have a great day.
