Our office uses Payables and Ledger.
We have a single license for each application and two users, so only one will be in either application at any time.
A while back, reports (within Payables) were working fine, but after a re-image of the workstations the reports would not work. Opening the report window was fine and selecting options. However when clicking preview or open, the application would freeze and shut down completely.
I suspected the application was not installed properly. So as a test I installed Payables on my machine and the report window worked fine and the application did not crash. During the install I had chosen 'Workstation' and after that I was able to see an option for 'Crystal Reports'.
I followed the same steps during a re-install for one of the users and the reporting began to work for them.
However, they are now getting a prompt regarding the need to Register.
Our Adagio Support contact explained that installing the application on the server (where the registration information resides) would prevent the prompt from appearing.
I followed this advice, but now I'm back to the Report not working.
I need some instructions on the proper method of installing Adagio Payables so reporting portions work, and we aren't prompted to register.
