I am trying to create a filter that lists outstanding Receipts only - i.e. the PO was received as a delivery note not as an invoice, and the delivery note has not been subsequently turned into an invoice.

I know there is a setting somewhere, because when I double-click on a receipt, the system knows if it's been invoiced and will tell me so. But I can't find it.

The list should basically match the Outstanding Receipts Invoice List.

I also want to create such a report using GridView. I tried using the PO Comp (Total, Header) table but couldn't find a field there either.

What am I missing? How is the Outstanding Receipts Invoice List doing it?

I recall that when I wanted to repair a PO database that had a lot of Outstanding Receipts because they were not posted to invoices ever (the user was posting the invoices directly to AP), the only field that identified the Outstanding receipts info was a detail line Inv Status.

Therefore, you cannot put that on a filter.

Yes, I discovered that too.

So I would like to request that a status field be added to the Header table so it can be used for a document filter.

I've also discovered that the Inv Status field in the Detail table is more complicated than it appears. Has anyone ever created a GridView that shows Outstanding Receipts only?

Can you please make the Outstanding Receipts Audit List a report which can be ExcelDirected?

If I could do that, then I could much more easily use the report output as the input for a GridView report, and be assured that the totals will agree.

In case anyone is curious, what I am trying to do is to project future cash expenditures by week, aged by vendor's terms. So I need to combine the output with data not on the report itself.
