Since this reply is google-able, I have to be careful what I write. But maybe you can read between the lines if I tell you that the only reason we are going through this process is because the client has run out of their 5-part pre-printed tractor feed forms, and their supplier can't resupply for at least two weeks.
I do have some stubborn clients. Emailing is for the 22nd century, once the technology is proven

PS - please don't bring up the cost of the forms versus the cost of toner, that would be too rational.
