We are trying to integrate Adagio with software called Shipworks, a shipping platform that consolidates FedEx, UPS and USPS all in one. We are currently using GridView to export shipping addresses to CSV so Shipworks can read/import the shipping information. THE ISSUE: We need all the invoice details now as we are behind the times on sending "electronic invoices" with international shipments. Shipworks (along with UPS and FedEx) both offer this integration where you can provide all the invoice detail lines along with Bill/Ship information and create an electronic invoice either for the customer (email) or the international departments for where the package is traveling to. If anyone can explain how to extrapolate bill/ship/item details information to a shipping program like SHIPWORKS or Worldship or Shipmanager, I sure would appreciate it.

It would take a significant amount of time to explain how to make this work, well beyond what the exports who volunteer their time would be willing to do.

There is an off the shelf solution that does integrate Adagio to FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Have you taken a look at this?

Likely it would be much cheaper and quicker to implement. You should contact your Adagio consultant for assistance or feel free to contact me if you don't have an Adagio Consultant.

It sounds like you are requiring shipment line details for international shipments which means you will be needing proforma invoices with Country of Origin and HTS tariff codes for your export line items. And yes, we can link to retrieve line item details into whatever shipping solution including Shipworks, when you are using with Ship2Link with Adagio. We'll also need to know where you are storing the specific export details for items within Adagio, possibly with inventory optional fields? All of this can be covered when we connect to do a demo.
