I am developing a web app for a client that uses the Adagio accounting software. The new web app just needs to (only) read some infos in the adagio database. The client is using at least JobCost, GridView & Invoices as Adagio modules.

The client tried to install the ODBC driver (9.1A version) but needs a license key to complete the install. Is-this something they need to purchase to make the ODBC driver work ?

Yes, Adagio ODBC needs to be purchased and registered before you can use it.

Ask your client to contact their Adagio dealer for assistance.

Given that your client has already tried to install ODBC, maybe they already own in and just need to get current. I don't have access to this data (as a dealer I only get access to my own clients data) and I don't believe the developer would respond to this question either without knowing who the end user is.

All Adagio modules are sold through the dealer channel so I recommend you contact them for pricing.

Not sure what you are referring to by "Is-this the same tool as your exporter ?". Again this is likely best discussed with your clients Adagio dealer.
