QR 65.

While processing a report, in the sort phase, our customer received the above message.

We tried to run the report again, it did not show the above message, however, it did not produce any results as well. We checked the integrity and no errors are reported.

What does this error indicate? There is no mention in the user guide.

Hello Hemant,

This error message is not being returned by Quik Reports.

I do not have enough information to evaluate why the report is not returning any information. What is the release date of QR? Which module are you reporting on? How much conventional memory does the station have? Can you print a report from the module that shows the information?

To troubleshoot the report, I suggest that you make sure that the conventional memory is 530K or higher. I would also remove any ranges or selection criteria. Once the report is printing information, you can add back the selection criteria one condition at a time.

The QR version is 6.5A (990913).

The module reported on is IC 6.1B.

The same report was tried from two different PCs, with free conventional memory of 550k & 544k respectively.

We are trying to report IC Item Report Group, only unique values. Later, we tried to report non-unique values, sorted. Still the PCs hang.

Please reply.

Hello Hemant,

The report sounds very straightforward. Are there many levels of subtotals or are you selecting records based on subtotals? If you are, you may need even more conventional memory.

If you copy the QR and IC data to a local drive, does the report work?
