Running EFT in Payables 9.2B(161208) with EFT addon 9.2B(161108) yesterday when trying to send the email advices, payables (or eft I'm not sure which) was trying to use outlook to send the emails even though it was set to send direct. This was generating a security warning from outlook which I had to grant access to for each email. Any suggestions on what the issue may be?

It looks like your email settings are actually set to MAPI. Please recheck and reset to Direct.

If you do use MAPI, you can resolve the security access for each email by getting your Adagio Consultant to download and install (and test) a shareware called ClickYes. It auto-answers the MAPI prompts with a simulated "Yes" keystroke, and so there are no delays.

Almost everyone using MAPI method should be using ClickYes to resolve the confirmation delays on emails being sent. Best Practices 101. :))
