Hello all,

I apologize if this topic has been covered. I wasn't able to find it when searching.

I have a user using Ledger 9.2B in a network environment. We recently replaced her workstation and with that came an upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to 10 Pro. She is the only user on Windows 10 using the Adagio products. I am aware that 9.2B is compatible with 10 but she is having her Ledger session freeze and display "not responding" after an uncertain amount of time. Others on her floor that uses Adagio are not reporting this issue but they are all on Windows 7 so their environment is different.

Has there been any reported cases of this happening and is there a fix? Any info would be helpful before I attempt to downgrade her to Windows 7.

There are no known issues with V9.2B and Windows 10.

You say this is occurring after a period of idle time?

Wired or wireless connection? Only wired is acceptable.

Is the network card going to sleep?

Thanks for the reply. Yes this is a wired connection. The way the user described the problem it does seem like an idle time out issue. Thanks for suggesting about the card being put to sleep. I'll check the properties to verify.

Check if the antivirus is excluding Adagio folders.
