I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to use prior year figures in the financial statements when the fiscal year has changed.

If the prior year numbers are in your Ledger company data, then they will be available for reporting on Financial Statements.

If you have just changed your fiscal year end to a new date, then the formulas used for determining the appropriate respective prior year numbers may not be so straight-forward. I would recommend contacting your Adagio consultant for assistance.
