A client called because their PO has disappeared after copying it.
PO 9.2B 161028

We found that the PO has disappeared from the Incomplete Active Orders filter but not from the PO file.

Refreshing the filter makes it reappear.

Thanks for posting this Patricia.

Disabling a filter and then rechecking the grid for a missing document(s), account, vendor, customer, etc. is something everyone should be aware of and doing. Using the Refresh Scan button is also something to remember.

This is a good reminder.

However, it should not be removed from the grid.

Hi, Patricia,

Seems there's more to this than what is in your post.

When I do this with the same release as you or the site are using and also with the current shipping (161129) release of PO and with the same filter active, in neither case does the PO disappear from the grid -- not the one being copied nor the one it's being copied to.

I'll do some more looking though.

The issue happens after printing the new PO.

It also happens in the current version PO 9.2A 161129
