I have three sheets in my monthly financials..a Summary Income Statement, a Detailed Income Statement, and a Balance Sheet. I export all 3 individually and then copy/paste them into one spreadsheet for ease of sending to external readers.

After the recent updates, the statements loose some of the formatting in the copy/paste process. Is there a better way that I can do this?

Use a Statement Group and create the Workbook in a single click. To find out how, watch the "Adagio Financial Reporter - Statement Groups" "Show me how.." video on the Tech Tips page.

Good morning
I was successful in using the Statement Group for some of my reports. I have others that have an expanded sheet and a non-expanded sheet in the same file, so it either works for one but not the other when exported at the same time. Is there a way around that?

Thanks
Lise

Lise:

You have a financial statement workbook with 2 sheets, one that should be expanded and one that shouldn't?

You need to have 2 "items" in your Statement Group. They should both specify the same statement filename. In the first one, put a checkmark on the sheet(s) that you want to expand (in the "Tabs" selection box on the right) and put a checkmark on the "Expand Smartsheet" option. in the next item select the sheet(s) you don't want to expand and make certain there is no checkmark on "Expand Smartsheets".
