The reason for that error in ChkSys is that the file SSIPRT32.DLL found in your C:\Windows\System32 directory (or more likely C:\Windows\SysWow64 since this is a 32 bit file) does not match the expected file located in the 'backup' location of \Softrak\System\Win32. The file dated Jan 20, 2016 was installed by Ledger 9.2B, but for some reason, the Ledger workstation setup was not able to write this file to your Windows directory. Often this has to do with user rights to the Windows folder.
In order for that ChkSys error to go away, the files have to match between those two locations.
I would be very surprised to find out that this has anything to do with your issue regarding opening a financial statement. Unless it is another symptom of the same root cause.
If the problem is specific to attempting to open a new financial statement, once the Financial Reporter has already opened successfully, perhaps this could be related to changes made in Adagio to windows that use an Explorer browse window, as Adagio determines whether it is being used in the office (in your case) or in the Cloud. There should be no problem, as long as everything installed correctly. This is something that could be determined with your Adagio consultant.
