I'm trying to do the upgrade for GridView 9.2A before doing the 9.2B (I know I'm late in doing it) my problem is that a dialog box opens saying that "an adagio program is using a needed file (SSIADG32DLL) (**)" but there is no one in any Adagio programs.
Then I tried to do the Payables Service Pack, now the message is "an Adagio program is using a needed file (ADS32DLL) (**).
How can I know what station is using theses files?

The server thinks someone is using the file. You'll likely need to reboot the server, or reboot the workstation locking the file. The server console will tell you who (which workstation) has the DLL in use.
