Suddenly, the ExcelDirect Financial Statements reports are not exporting properly into Excel. If I print the report, it works fine but when I use ExcelDirect, it only carries forward part of the financial statement (ie. just revenue or just assets), the rest is left blank in terms of data although the formatting is intact. This has always worked fine and just recently begun to not work properly but I can't point to any change that has been made that would cause this.

Which version of Adagio Ledger, Excel, and workstation operating system?

If nothing has recently changed then try rebooting your workstation and deleting the contents of you workstations temp folder (you should get your IT support person involved if you are not comfortable with this procedure).

Nothing has changed so something specific has happened to your install of Adagio and/or your computer. This is very difficult to troubleshoot over the forum so I suggest contacting your Adagio consultant.

I figured it out! I had to change my delimiter in Windows for another program where I needed to create a few text files that required the pipe delimiter and I didn't change it back to a comma after I was done. Phew! It is working now. Thanks for your help. Maybe this will help someone else in the future.
