Having issues trying to print any internal canned reports in Adagio. Doesn't matter if it's the Chart of Accounts or the company profile in any module.

Error:

"Missing method instance class Crystal Decisions. Report App Server......"

Not sure what has happened.

Hi Scott:

Try running the .NET and Crystal installations manually. They are located in the \Softrak\CR_InstallCommon folder. Run the dotnet EXE first and then the Crystal MSI next. Watch for any error messages.

Thanks Bruce will give that a shot. Not sure what is going on. Will probably be something stupid.
