A Hot Fix had been installed in April.
I did have Karen rename the existing AJwin.exe and rename oldajwin.exe to ajwin.exe.
Job Cost opened with only some icons lit. I had Karen go in as Sys and change the security settings. The permissions for all groups were exactly the opposite of what they should have been.
A problem still exists in Invoices. On the Workstation where the install was done, no Adagio user can edit items on invoices. On other workstations, all users can edit items without a problem. This points to a problem on the local workstation, not related to the programs on the server, not related to the users.
But what?
We reinstalled the last update for Invoices, but it did not correct the problem.
