If all you require is to see if an item has quantity on Purchase Order or Sales Order when selecting an item for an Adagio OrderEntry transaction, then you can do this by modifying the Item finder grid. You can put Qty on Hand, Qty on PO and/or Qty on SO (or any item field) on the grid.

To do this, bring up the item finder (F5) and from this screen, double-click on the grid title (grey) bar. If you have access to the Column Editor (as defined on the user) then it will be opened. Select which information you want from the left side and use the arrows to move to the selected list on the right. Qty on SO/PO are about a 1/3 down the list and Qty on Hand is at the bottom.

When entering an item onto an order with Adagio OrderEntry, there is a grid at the bottom which displays the Qty on Hand, Qty on Sales Order, and Qty Available. But you are correct that Qty on PO isn't there, due to space considerations as I understand.
