A client would like to have a clculaged item in Adagio Invoices. (A fuel surcharge at 7.4% of the other items subtotal.)

Can anyone think of a way this can be done? Or must they calculate it manually?

The obvious solution that comes to mind is to use a tax table. If you are already computing sales tax, how about creating another jurisdiction in each existing tax table?
