I am posting auditor's adjustments and have enable post to prior year in company profile but unable to post to prior year.

Make sure the entry is for period 12 and that period 12 of the prior year is open.

What version of Ledger? Prior versions did not allow to post to prior year when Next Year is opened.

We recommend that the auditor's year end adjustments be posted to the y/e adjustment period, rather than period 12. Posting them to period 12 distorts the month-to-month comparisons.
