Have just attempted conversion of Receivables 8.0B to 9.2A (150625).
Conversion completed successfully.
However after running DIC there were over 6,000 errors and all account balances were zero.
Prior to Conversion DIC had no errors.

That's a big jump from 80B to 92A. You may want to try 80B to 90 or 91 and then convert to 92A. Use an NFR of a prior version of AR. I'm not saying that's the problem, but other conversions issues have been solved with this strategy.

If you want, you can upload the database to www.softrak.com/dbr with attention to Technical Support and we can at least look at what might be causing the problem.

But, since you are probably in some hurry to get this converted, Bob's approach would be faster.

Also the G/L converted successfully, however the retained earnings account did not update for the departments. Was able to change these manually.
However when using a prior version of ledger these converted properly as well.

There was a Hotfix issued that resolves this issue. When converting datasets that are 8.1A or earlier, ensure the AR9.2A(150815) HF or newer is installed before converting the data.

Converting to AR9.0C first and then to 9.2A would also resolve the issue.
