The error 4102 is usually indicative of the Windows setting 'Opportunistic Locking' being enabled on your workstation, when it should be disabled. Having 'OpLocks' turned on will often corrupt the data - make sure you run a data integrity check.
To determine if this setting is on your workstation (and to turn it off should it be enabled), run the CHKSYS.EXE system check utility that we install to the \softrak\system directory. If it finds that Opportunistic Locking is enabled, I would strongly recommend choosing to disable it.
Installing Windows Updates or service packs can turn this setting on, even if in the past you chose to disable it.
