I have read the postings of Kate #541 and have a couple of comments and/or questions. We are using Adagio A/R and Adagio J/C. When entering a cash batch in A/R and printing the batch listing, the job number that is listed in A/R but does not print on the listing. However when you post and print the batch posting journal, it prints the job number. This creates an retreival batch for J/C and the job number is carried over to J/C. Can you fix the batch listing to print the job number? Another issue related, when we create invoices in O/E, they carry over to J/C as other charges, not billings. Is there a way to change this?

You're right about the job number not printing opn the cash batch listing. That's an oversight, and we'll try and get that fixed in the next Service Pack to Receivables.

We will improve the interface between Adagio OrderEntry and Adagio JobCost after we ship the 8.0A release. It is on the list of things "to do" in that module, but we feel the interface between Inventory is more important at the moment.
