Is it possible to force a payment on credit? We enter credit card payments through Adagio AP module. But when credit card refunds money one month afterwards due to cancelled transaction, we cannot process the payment as a deduction. Does it have to go through GL or there is a way to do it in AP?

If you apply the credit note to an invoice, then it will be processed together with the invoice.

If you don't apply the credit note to an invoice, it will be taken immediately.

You cannot apply a payment to a credit note. Without actually fully understanding what you are doing its difficult to know what solution to suggest. My guess is you have invoices and credits posted to multiple vendors that then make up (add up to) the credit card statement. If that is the case you could you an Adagio third-party solution called Link2Points. Your Adagio dealer could provide more assistance.

That answered my question. I just would like to know whether AP module can handle this situation. I can do it through GL module anyway.
