When I print a Balance Sheet, 2 lines are missing although I can see them on the screen. Any ideas to fix this?

If you send the statement to Excel (using the green ExcelDirect button), are the lines missing? If so, the rows may have been configured to "Hide when printed". You can recognize rows with that status because they are shaded light blue. Let us know what you find.

When I export to excel the lines are missing but they are not shaded light blue.

"Zero Suppress" will show lines with $0.0 on the screen but they won't make it to the report.

When you say "lines", do you mean "accounts"? So two accounts are missing off your Balance Sheet?

It is the lines Current Earnings and Total Equity lines of the balance sheet. It used to print these lines but now does not.

As Michael suggested earlier, if "Zero Suppress" is on, then rows with $0.00 amounts will be skipped when printed or exported.

Is it possible that the Current Earnings and Total Equity figures are $0.00 for the period selected? On the occasion where the statement worked, was it a different fiscal period where those rows weren't zero?

The amounts were not zero. When it worked I cleared the column for the account number and re entered it. Then ran the report again and it worked. When i tried to run the report again the figures show up and the report looks perfect until I print when these two lines do not show up. Frustrating.
