One of our clients (a PSR) is having a problem printing provisional posting journals. On occasion, when they provisionally post in some companies, then go to print the PPJ, Ledger indicates that there are no records to print. If they open the same data through Accpac Plus, and provisionally post, they are then able to print the PPJ from Ledger.

They have run data integrity checks and no errors are found.

My guess is that they have a precedural problem and are inadvertantly clearing the provisional posting journal. I can't get it to fail here at all.

If they open the batch edit grid, and have batches marked "Provisionally posted", are you saying there is no journal to print?

I would be interested in seeing a backup of that data.
