After installing Adagio Cloud, I was able to open it as Adagio admin manager.
When I clicked on the help menu, the window began to open but never revealed any information. At that point the Help window and the main window no longer responded and it was necessary to use task manager to close the help window, it also closed the main window.
Subsequent to that when I opened Adagio Cloud, I was immediately in a screen with the main window open and the help window overlaid. No response from either window.
After rebooting my PC the Adagio Cloud only brings up the help window and it continues to not respond.

Thanks for taking such a quick look. While you were logging in, I was typing in some "getting started" tips. We have seen the first launch of Help sporadically crash a session, but have been unable to isolate the cause yet. You should find that you can log back in successfully now.
