Hi Peggy,
Errors when printing standard reports in an Adagio version 9.2 program are often due to the Crystal or Visual Basic runtime applications not installing properly on the workstation. Sometime this happens due to insufficient workstation security rights, or that a download of either of these failed, of potentially other reasons. These errors aren't usually easy to resolve on the tech forum, so you probably will require assistance from your Adagio consultant.
Are you able to print/preview the reports in Adagio Receivables to your default printer or another after receiving the error? To confirm whether the report connection is OK and the issue is related to the printer. You can also try using the AdagioPDF driver to create a PDF rather than paper output.
Can this workstation print the User Preferences listing report, from within File / User Preferences? This is the only report that does not require an ODBC connection to the data, and being able to print/preview this report would indicate that the ODBC connection is failing for this workstation. This has often been the situation for sites with report printing problems, and the solution has included re-running the workstation setup for Adagio with elevated installation rights, or to install updated Visual Studio runtime for Windows.
A service pack for Adagio Receivables 9.2A was just made available last week, and it may be interesting to download and install this, and re-run the workstation setup. Running the ChkSys.exe system check utility on this workstation may also point out problems.
