Hello,

We just upgraded to BR 9.2A. In the past we kept the receipt printing defaulted to off as we only print receipts for charitable tax donations and keep a log of the numbers. The receipt default is off in the profile but is staying on in the batch entry window. I tried turning the default off, got the same result, back on and it stayed. We can click the "Print Receipt" button off in the entry window but must do so for each transaction. This seems to be new since the upgrade.

If your batches are coming from Receivables, there is a default in the Payment Type in Receivables that controls this behaviour.

In the BankRec Company Profile, on the Reports/Receipts tab, check the setting for the "Print Receipts by default" option.

Despite the fact that we did that last week, I just went ahead and clicked it on, shut the profile down, opened it up and clicked it back off. Now, suddenly, everything is working as it should. Darn ghosts or just an overnight reboot? At any rate all is now well.
