HI all, we are trying to import from Adagio to caseware for a local auditor and she is having trouble on the import side because caseware is telling her that the above noted files are missing. (GL 9.2) Any advice?

Upgrade your Caseware?

The current version of Caseware is compatible with Adagio Ledger 9.2A.

To confirm our conversation off-line, Caseware needs to be at least version 2014.00.091 to recognize GL version 9.2A, and that when selecting Adagio Ledger to import into Caseware, you choose version 9.1B. At the time Caseware was updated, the anticipated Ledger release version was going to be 9.1B, but that changed after Caseware was released.

The files you referred to are posting journal files, which may have been cleared to zero bytes due to running Close Current Fiscal Year in Ledger.
