We click on the red ePrint button to view documents.
If we choose to re-print the document, we can click on the Print-button on the bottom of the "Adagio View PDF" screen.
The print dialog box opens, but the printer that always appears is: "Send to OneNote 2010" (or 2013).
Very annoying.

We never have used this printer, and cannot figure out why it appears.
We of course would have expected to instead have our Default Printer appear as the printer to print to.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there any way to get the default printer as the selected printer, instead of "Send to OneNote" to appear as the printer?

Hi Sam,

After investigating, we found that it happens to be the last printer (alphabetically) on the list. Not the default Windows printer. I would agree that the expectation would be either the Windows default printer, or one that is configured in Adagio - which currently is not the case.

So, if this is the case, I figure that the following should work:

Add a new printer and set it to the same properties as my default HP Laser printer.
Name the printer "xxHP Laser" or "zzHJP Laser" (make sure it is on the bottom of the printer list).
If what you are stating is true, then this should be the printer automatically selected when I print from an ePrint PDF document, and all I have to do is click OK or press <ENTER>.

What do you know? It works!
And my default printer is still the regular HP.
So, your investigation helped to discover a work-around!
Thank you!
