The question is actually, where are you making the "double sided - 2 per page" selection? Is it the default setting for the printer? Are you making the change through the "Setup" button on the report? Do you have a specific printer set up with these settings as the default? Is this printer your "Windows default printer"?

Sorry - even in 2015 printing is a pain.

No, I haven't set up a printer with these specific settings, although I have one for double sided which works.

As an aside, while I have been typing this, my payables clerk just tried do the same thing, using setup to choose double sided 2 pages per side, and it came out double sided one page per side.

I should say that I tried printing from both the g/l and payables, and that my clerk was working in payables.
